STEP 1 - Design Consultation - Free of charge
For complete bathroom projects we start the process by arranging an appointment with one of our design consultants. (Arrange here).
We understand that for many customers it is difficult to know where to start when there is such a wide range of products, styles and design options available. To make the process as easy as possible for you, one of our experienced and skilled designers will take your brief to gain an understanding of who will be using the bathroom, your preferred bathroom style, your key requirements and how much you are looking to invest in your project. We will work with you to explore your own ideas, introduce you to new inspiring concepts and help bring them together.
All we require to start with are basic room dimension & some images of the existing room. (see measure your room guide here).
STEP 2 - Showroom Design Presentation
We will invite you back to the showroom at a a time convenient to yourself once we have completed the initial design using our industry leading CAD software (see more details here). Your designer will present the initial design to you and go through the room explaining the features and details for your consideration. They will take you around the showroom (see our showroom here) and demonstrate the various fixtures, fittings and tiles they've selected for you. As this is a process, they will take onboard your feedback during the meeting with the view of making any changes to the design and specification to ensure that everything is exactly as you want it. Our broad products offering allows us to cater for every taste and budget.
STEP 3 - Finalising Specification & Service Options
Your designer will go through the specification to ensure your are happy with your final products choices and discuss with you your options regarding installation. We offer three options for customers to help cater for their circumstance and budget.
Supply only - For customer who have their own trades. Damans to supply goods only. On a supply only basis, product suitably regarding size, fit and plumbing consideration is the reasonability of the customer and his / her trades people.
Supply & Referral (Supply Only Plus) - For customers who are happy to liaise directly with a recommended installation company. Damans are not responsible for any aspect of the installation. On a supply & referral basis, product suitably regarding size, fit and plumbing consideration is the reasonability of the customer and the referred installation company.
Supply & Fit (House of Daman) - For customer who want a turnkey solution, project managed from start to finish. Damans are responsible for the supply and installation of your project.
